1 Bathroom Located on the top floor of a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the sixth floor (first floor = ground floor, five flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

October 2025Well located apartment for a few days in Riga- right on the edge of the old town and really close to the bus and train stations, with good public transport links. Lovely view out on the river. The apartment was bigger than expected, perfect size for 2 people. The hosts were quick to respond and check in. When we arrived, the apartment wasn't as clean as we'd expect (floor felt a bit dirty with lots of hair on it) - there are cleaning materials on each floor of the building to use but I wouldn't expect to have to do so on arrival.

May 2025Это была наша первая поездка с мужем, сразу после свадьбы. Мы не стали уезжать на курорт, а захотели маленьких поездок по Европе. Эта квартира была идеальна для отдыха и комфорта. Красивая, современная, уютная! А вид из окна стал моим личным восторгом! Я надолго запомню эти невероятные вечера смотря на проезжающие поезда (которые не мешают, не громко едут) и отражение фонарей на волнах. Нам очень повезло, что начало поездки началось с этого места. Кофейни, рестораны, старый город, даже тц и остановки рядом. Мы вернемся! Спасибо

May 2025Heerlijk verblijf van drie dagen gehad! Het appartement was schoon, stijlvol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustige ligging, maar toch dichtbij alles. Topservice. Zeker een aanrader – ik kom graag nog eens terug!

May 2025The place is SMALL but really nice! It has everything you need for a good stay. Because it’s really new they didn’t install shelves in the wardrobe closet ( I hope they will) otherwise we have no complaints. Location is great! It’s an easy walking distance to absolutely everything like old town, train station or market. Easy check in and check out. We had a good time!
