1 Bathroom Located on the top floor of a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 6th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the sixth floor (first floor = ground floor, five flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

November 2025Квартира безумно понравилась,все было безумно чисто и очень красиво!! У нас случилась небольшая проблема с заселением,но нам сразу же помогли,не заставили ждать,безумно отзывчивые!! В квартире очень комфортно и уютно,было безумно приятно там находиться. само расположение квартиры очень красивое,безумно красивый вид из окна на воду,так же рядом центр и развлечения,остались очень довольны,большое спасибо!!

October 2025Жильё полностью соответствует описанию. Из окна шестого этажа открывается прекрасный вид на реку - особенно красиво утром и на закате. В доме нет лифта, хозяин об этом заранее предупреждает, поэтому стоит быть готовыми подняться примерно на 120 ступенек. Зато вид того стоит! Кондиционера нет, но я была осенью, и это совершенно не мешало - в квартире было комфортно. Возможно летом будет жарко, т.к. крыша нагревается. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды. В целом всё понравилось - чисто, уютно и спокойно, отличное место для отдыха. Автовокзал буквально в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Старый город тоже. До ЖД вокзала 10 минут пешком. Очень удобно. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова!

July 2025It is on the 6th floor without elevator, otherwise great. The apartment is brand new, very clean. If you open the window, can get noisy from the street, but the view is great. The bus and tram stops are very close as well as the central station.

Newly renovated building in the edge of an old town of Riga. - As the building locates next to the tram line, train line and next to the busy road, it is quite noisy during daytime. Getting to top floors with your luggage needs a bit of stamina, as there are no elevators, but this is common in historic buildings. No reasonable parking availability nearby, but again - it’s the old town.

May 2025Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen. Die Unterkunft ist zwar recht klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Dafür ist sie modern und sehr neu. Das Bett is bequem. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Alles war blitzsauber. Entrum und sein Co-Gastgeber haben immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert und waren proaktiv.
