1 Bathroom Located on the top floor of a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this stylish 1-bedroom apartment offers beautiful views of the Daugava River and the iconic Central Market. Just a 5-minute walk to the Central Market, central train station, and international bus station, with public transport to and from the airport right around the corner, the location is ideal for exploring Riga.
This bright and thoughtfully designed apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two. The modern interior includes a SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, pan, and basic cooking essentials.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
Please note: the apartment is on the 6th floor of a historic building with no elevator—be prepared for a climb and enjoy the reward of panoramic views.
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Late check-outs are not possible, but luggage storage options are available nearby—just reach out for details.
The heating season in Riga typically runs from October through early spring. If visiting in April or late September, central heating may not yet be active.

Street parking next to the building is available but expensive (up to €8/hour).

December 2025The appartment was nice, especially in terms of cost/delivery. The location is good, basically at the outskirts of the old city. It is close to the train/bus station, which is a plus. You can’t hear the trains much in the bedroom, so that’s a good thing. Also, there is a huge smart TV in the appartment. Minuses: it’s on the 6th floor without an elevator. We thought it’s not a big deal, but it actually is quite tiring, even just walking all the way up, let alone with a suitcase. Also, the bathroom floor doesn’t have a heating, so I’d recommend taking your own slippers :)))

November 2025it was a really nice area to stay, even though it was on the 6th floor the view was definitely worth it, they were always very responsive and when something was wrong it was fixed within an hour or 2, def would recommend if you dont mind the stairs

July 2025Jättebra lägenhet lite i utkanten av gamla stan så man blev inte störd av nattklubbarna. Tåg och busstation nära, lite ljud hördes från dem men störde inte. Lägenheten är på våning 6 så man fick även träning på samma gång
