1 Bathroom Located in a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, three flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025Great little place to stay. Perfect location for the Christmas market and sightseeing stops. Easy to get to from both the coach and train station. Yes, it's on the 4th floor, but not an issue for us. The place was spotlessly clean, comfy, warm and cosy, with amazingly quick response and communication from the hosts. Thank you, would highly recommend.

November 2025It felt like a hotel room in a newly renovated apartment building. The location is great, the view is also great. I would recommend keeping the windows closed during the day because of the car noise and air polution, but everything was fine from 7 PM to 7 AM.

October 2025The apartment has a perfect location — walking distance to all the main sights, the train to Jurmala, and the international bus station. It’s small but very cozy and ideal for one person. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there. Just keep in mind that there’s no elevator — for me it was only a bit tiring on the first night after the flight. Other than that, everything was great! The only tiny thing I’d add — maybe a bit more black tea ?

September 2025Lejligheden føltes mere som et hotelværelse, hvor der var en masse andre værelser også. Vi var ikke på forhånd oplyst om, at lejligheden lå på 4. sal uden elevator - det gik fint, men havde ikke været godt, hvis vi ikke var godt gående. Udover det, var lejligheden rigtig fin - rigtig dejligt med et lille køkken. Beliggenheden var central og med gåafstand ind til centrum. Dog lå det lige op af sporvognen, der kørte hele natten. Alt i alt fint til prisen og for området.

August 2025Solo una piccola nota essendo vicino ai binari di treno, tram e strada anche con i doppi vetri e’ un pochino rumoroso soprattutto nei giorni del weekend per me il venerdi . Basta avere i tappi se si sente. E’ super comodo al centro storico si mezzi a tutto ed è davvero molto carino ed accogliente come stare a casa. Ps bagagli leggeri quarto piano senza ascensore ottima esperienza e rapporto qualità prezzo

August 2025The apartment is really nice, exactly like the pictures and an accurate description. It is perfect for a short stay 3-4 days as it is nice but a small apartment. For us the best part was the location: It is super close to the bus stop (where we arrived) but also to the center. It is like a 5-minute walk to the first bar, but do not worry, the street is very quiet, so there was no problem with noise. If you miss the description: there is no elevator so mind that if you have a heavy luggage, also in general it might be hard to navigate with a big lugage in Riga's old town as all is stones. We had a small bag, so it was all perfect. Finally, the room seems to get warm in the afternoons due to its location; we did not have problems sleeping as we left the windows open a bit after the sunset and it cool down. We definitely recomment this place.

July 2025I stayed with my friend and it was a good room size for two people! The host was great with the practical information! We had a little trouble with finding the right main door to the building because there are two doors looking the same. The room was nice and clean! But we found a tissue beside the bed when we arrived, so that must have slipped - But it was a beautiful room and looks exactly like the picture! Overall are we happy with the stay and I would book it again and recommend it!

July 2025Vi nød meget vores ophold hos Bnbverit. Placeringen ligger godt, da det var nemt gå til mange seværdigheder og nyde den gamle by. Busstationen mod lufthavnen lå også kun et par minutter væk, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme til og fra. Vi fandt værelset en lille smule indelukket pga. varmen, men det blev løst når vi åbnede vinduerne. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold.

July 2025The inside of the apartment looks brand new and of premium quality. Personally there were 4 issues that made my stay unpleasant: 1. The apartment gets very hot and there is no air conditioning unit. it was 32 degrees outside and inside it felt like an oven (I had to do some work calls so had to stay inside). 2. The train and tram noises are quite loud. I have trouble falling asleep so I had not a good rest. I guess buying earplugs could have solved the issue. 3. The curtains don't fully black out the light so you can not sleep during the day. I guess buying an eye mask could have solved the issue. 4. The shower drain was clogged. I reported this problem the first day and was told someone would come and fix it but they couldn't tell when exactly and at the end nobody came and the problem was not fixed. note: the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator (I don't know if this is on the description or not) so it might not be suited for everyone as there are lots of stairs.

June 2025Vieta labai gera, kambarys tvarkingas, taciau gaila nuotraukose nesimatė kad namas visai šalia tramvajaus bėgių ir traukinio bėgių. Tie kurie jautriai miega apsvarstykit gerai nes atsidarius langą neįmanoma miegoti :( žinoma galima užsidaryti langus kurie sulaiko nemažai triukšmo, taciau kadangi maža erdvė tai tiesiog šilta ir trūksta oro, o kondicionierius nėra.

June 2025Miejsce w samym centrum Rygi. Do wszystkich atrakcji można stąd dojść na piechotę. Zaletą i wadą tego miejsca są dostępne przy nim środki transportu. Można łatwo dostać się do tramwajów, autobusów i pociągów, ale generuje to również hałas. Polecam to miejsce jako baza do zwiedzania Rygi!

June 2025Asunto oli hyvällä sijainnilla, rauhallisessa osassa vanhaa kaupunkia. Bussiasema oli lähellä, josta lähti yhteys Jurmalaan. Asunto ei ollut siivottu vielä sisäänkirjautumisen aikaan, mutta majoittaja hyvitti majoituksen summasta merkittävän summan tämän takia. Keittiö oli hiukan epäsiisti, kahvitahroja pöydällä yms. Asunto oli kuuma päivisin. Onneksi sää viileni yöksi., joten tämä ei haitannut yöunia.
