2 Bathrooms Light, minimal, and quietly stylish, this two-bedroom apartment is set right in the city center—just above a street lined with great restaurants (seriously, you can’t go wrong with any of them). High-end shopping center is two minutes away on foot; the Old Town is a ten-minute walk. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a historic building. There’s no elevator, so you’ll get a bit of a leg workout—but the calm, light space at the top makes it worth the climb.
Sleeps up to 6 guests: two in each of the bedrooms, and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. Bedrooms are intentionally simple—just a comfortable bed and a place to hang your clothes. No clutter, no distractions.
The living area is open and social, combining a cozy lounge zone with a solid wood dining table and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, Philips Senseo coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, and cooking basics.
There are two bathrooms—one with a bath (and handheld shower), sink, toilet, and washing machine; the other with a shower, toilet, and sink. Fast WiFi and a smart TV cover your downtime needs.
It’s a straightforward, calming space in a location that makes exploring effortless—as long as you don’t mind a few stairs.
Set in Riga’s lively city center, this apartment sits on a street that’s quickly becoming one of the city’s go-to spots for food. Most of the restaurants here have opened fairly recently, but many are already local favorites — busy, buzzing, and well-reviewed. Our top recommendation is Iesmi Bistro, located just downstairs. It’s casual, fast, and consistently good — ideal for a quick lunch or laid-back dinner.
This area blends new energy with everyday convenience. A high-end shopping center is just a two-minute walk away, featuring well-known international brands, a grocery store, a gym, and even a rooftop terrace restaurant — perfect for a drink with a view or a relaxed evening out.
While you’re firmly in the city’s core, the street itself isn’t overrun with tourists. It’s popular but still feels local — people live here, work here, meet friends here. The rhythm is urban, but not rushed.
Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away — close enough for spontaneous sightseeing, yet far enough to escape the crowds when you want a quieter evening. Most of Riga’s best spots are easily reachable on foot, and along the way you’ll likely discover a few unexpected gems of your own.
Whether you're here to explore, work remotely, or just take in the city's pace, this neighborhood gives you a stylish, walkable base with everything within reach.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Parking:
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Dzirnavu 111 Europark parking lot, costing 10.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Other details to note:
Apartment is located on 5th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

December 2025We had a great stay in Riga. The apartment is a short walk from everything. The description of the apartment is accurate. Fortunately, the description also mentions that the apartment is 4 floors up and no elevator so we were prepared. Apartment was clean and quiet. Communication was fast and accurate and friendly. We will stay here again when we come back to Riga.

September 2025Vi hadde en superfin langhelg i Riga og vi kunne ikke valgt et bedre sted å bo for vår tur. Vi var en jentegjeng på 4 stk og da passet det med to store bad og romslige rom. Vi oppholdt oss en del i leiligheten mellom alle de ulike aktivitetene vi hadde på turen vår. Leiligheten ligger bra til, den er romslig, har alle fasiliteter man trenger og er veldig koselig. Verten tok også jevnlig kontakt for å høre at vi hadde det bra eller om det var noe vi trengte. 10/10 vil anbefale å bo her om du skal til Riga :)

August 2025Great, spacious place in the middle of the city! Great for those who appreciate great restaurants and bakeries at every corner. I did arrive for check in and it wasn’t ready yet but appreciated the cleanliness of the place once I did get inside. Also, no elevator so 5 flights up for me winded but location makes up for it. Phewww. Definitely recommend!
