1 Bathroom Tasteful, newly renovated studio just a short walk from Riga’s Old Town (8 minutes) and the Central Station (5 minutes). The windows face the street, but since the apartment is on a high floor, you’ll still get a good amount of peace and quiet. There is an elevator. The space is compact but thoughtfully designed, with brand-new furniture, a modern kitchen, and everything you need to feel comfortable—whether you're staying for a few nights or settling in for a longer visit.

Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-10 minutes walk). There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 10 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Parking:
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Dzirnavu 111 Europark parking lot, costing 10.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 2 minute walk from the apartment.
Other details to note:
Apartment is located on the 5th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator in the building, but it stops at half-floors, so you will need to walk half a flight of stairs up or down.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

July 2025The apartment was in an excellent location, within a short walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. It was the right size, clean, and exactly as described. The host responded to inquiries quickly and we were really happy with everything. Naturally, in the summer the apartment gets quite warm, so we got a fan and managed just fine. The apartment was also well-equipped for our needs and the whole building was quiet—nothing disturbed our sleep. Thank you very much!

July 2025Nice and warm apartment in the centre of Riga. Location is good if you prefer the buzz of the city life. All the necessary appliances were provided. Overall a great apartment!

July 2025Nice small apartment for short rent. Decor was beautiful. Only thing what was missing was ventilator/airconditsioner. Cant also let window open for night because noise outside. But location outherwise was perfect.

July 2025Very responsive host for all the questions. The place is a bit noisy as located next to a busy street, but since the place is located on the top floors, noise is manageable. Good location - walkable to the Old Town.
