Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Late check-outs are not possible, but luggage storage options are available nearby—just reach out for details.
The heating season in Riga typically runs from October through early spring. If visiting in April or late September, central heating may not yet be active.
The building is five full flights up from the ground floor (first floor = ground floor in Latvia).

Street parking next to the building is available but expensive (up to €8/hour).

December 2025The apartment was nice, spatios, very modern and clean! It was situated near the Old Town, so it was easy to navigate around. The host was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we enjoyed our stay. As a small detail , I would recommend taking some slippers because the floor might be a bit cold. Thank you !

December 2025The apartment was greatly located on the edge of the Old City and near the transport hub and malls. Very comfortable apartment, has all needed for the stay, including mini fridge, microwave and washing machine with drying function. A bit small kitchen place for the long stay but spacious living room. Very large TV has no HDMI input which was a bit of a surprise. Our apart was on the 4th floor with no elevator, but not a problem for us. The host was great and answered very fast. Hope to stay again soon!

November 2025This was a great, convenient spot for our 5-day stay in Riga! Super easy from start to finish and a great location for getting around on foot or by public transport. It's worth noting that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there's no lift, so you there's a lot of stairs!! But that was fine for us, and it was a great size for two people (would have been too small for more in our opinion). Overall, a great and easy stay!

September 2025Top Lage - super zentral! Zu Fuß schnell in der Old Town Riga und ÖPNV-Anbindung in direkter Nähe! Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sehr sauber und ordentlich! Empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter!

August 2025Meget fin og luksus lejlighed. Vi havde en smuk udsigt over floden. Der var en smule støj om natten og en elevator kunne have været rar, ellers var alt som ønsket. Transport mulighederne var gode og lejligheden har en perfekt central beliggenhed. Vi havde et meget behagligt ophold.

July 2025Per noi che eravamo in 4 è risultato un po' piccolo, difficile distribuire le valigie senza inciamparci sopra. L'appartamento in cui siamo stati noi si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore ( lo specifico perché per noi non è stato un problema,ma per altri si), tutto nuovo e ben curato. C'è solo una pentola e una padella ( rovinata, non utilizzabile) , un solo strofinaccio, c'è la macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda ( apprezzatissimo) ma non le tazzine. Il divano letto scomodo perché i due materassi non coincidevano rimanendo uno più alto e uno più basso. La camera molto stretta.Posizione ottima per girare a piedi,ed è vicinissima alla stazione dei bus e al mercato. Nel complesso siamo rimasti contenti.

July 2025Gute Lage zwischen Altstadt und Zentralmarkt. Die Wohnung ist schön und das Schlafzimmer zum Hof sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Küche könnte ein klein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein.

July 2025Pluses - amazing location, very easy to find, just 10mins to train station. Step outside and you already in old town. View from the windows - amazing. The instructions how to check in is introverts dream - clear and raised no additional questions. Place is very convenient, had everything promised in descriprion. Only downside - a bit warm (no conditioner), but the bedroom was cooler, so that’s ok. We stayed there on 27 celcius weather outside - in the evening we didn’t even miss the AC. What could be downside, but wasn’t for us - the tram tracks just below and trains going on the bridge. For us it was as an ambient sound. Helpfull host, very responsive, definitelly recommend.
