1 Bathroom Located on the 3rd floor of a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 5th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the third floor (first floor = ground floor, two flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025Excellent location, near the historic centrum, the big market and a couple of malls! The instructions were very detailed and useful to find easily the place. Also the apartment was ver cozy and the staff was very attentive to our requests. Definitely, we will come back there on our next time at Riga.

August 2025Perfect location - at the edge of the Old Town, a 10m walk from the bus station, Stockmann mall, and more. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Riga.

August 2025Other than a slight issue with my door - where a handyman came out quickly to make it usable - this was a very nice stay. Was worried about potential noise as I am a very light sleeper, but I slept great! It was super quiet despite it being so close to everything. Unit itself was clean and modern with great amenities.

June 2025they replied super quickly were helpful and super friendly, even made my request to prolong my stay possible super last minute. I have to say i really didn't expect that. the apartment was tiny but that was to be expected and it was perfect for me. could be a bit small for a couple if staying longer than a weekend. The only downside that i didn't realise when booking was that the view was non existent, i had one small window looking into the backyard. While it made it super quiet it sadly was also super dark apartment. I mean I didn't mind as i was busy meeting friends and the apartment was super clean and affordable so i shouldn't whine too much ;) The area is on the edge of old town, very close to the river so perfect if you're into running in the morning. Public transport is very close or you just walk everywhere. I think it's important to know the house is entirely AirBnBs and the area around is not very developed YET but i felt totally safe and it was pretty easy to find.
