1 Bathroom Located in Riga’s historic Old Town, this studio offers a quiet retreat just steps from the city’s vibrant streets, cafes, and landmarks. Thoughtfully designed for short or longer stays, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and space for up to four guests. Ideal for travelers who value character, comfort, and a central location.
Inside, the space is designed to make the most of its layout, with a regular double bed and a second double mattress on the loft level, sleeping up to four. The kitchen includes cooking basics, an induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. There’s a dining table for two, smart TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and an iron.
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the third floor (first floor = ground floor, two flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

November 2025A bright, modern apartment with high ceilings and large windows — incredibly cozy and comfortable. Everything is spotless: high-quality fixtures and appliances, crisp white linens, and perfect cleanliness — it feels as if no one had ever stayed here before us. The Daugava River is just 200 meters away, and clubs, bars, museums, restaurants, shops, and attractions start only 40 meters from the house. A dream! The only downside is the courtyard — it’s shared with an art foundation’s studios and classrooms, as well as a hotel with a bit of an improvised parking area, plus the tram tracks run very close by. But the sound of trams reminds me of my childhood — it actually soothes me and adds to the cozy, urban hum of the place. We’d love to come back!

November 2025Prima optie voor wie de accomodatie enkel gebruikt als uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. De studio's zijn licht, proper en comfortabel, maar te klein om er ook doorheen de dag te verblijven. Hou er rekening mee dat parkeren niet altijd eenvoudig is . Wie met de auto komt kan best op voorhand nagaan waar de beste parkeergelegenheid zich bevindt. De accomodatie ligt in een ietwat grauw straatje, maar mijn vriendin en ik voelden ons nooit onveilig. Over het algemeen een goede optie op wandelafstand van zowel het station als het historisch centrum.
