1 Bathroom Located in Riga’s historic Old Town, this studio offers a quiet retreat just steps from the city’s vibrant streets, cafes, and landmarks. Thoughtfully designed for short or longer stays, it includes a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and space for up to four guests. Ideal for travelers who value character, comfort, and a central location.
Inside, the space is designed to make the most of its layout, with a regular double bed and a second double mattress on the loft level, sleeping up to four. The kitchen includes cooking basics, an induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. There’s a dining table for two, smart TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and an iron.
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the second floor (first floor = ground floor, one flight of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025Room was very new and clean, with spacious loft and good kitchen amenities. Location is only a short walk away from the main bus station, and is also a walkable distance from the city center.

November 2025The apartment was beautifully furnished and very well organized. The location is perfect: right in the Old Town and conveniently on the bus line to the airport, about 25 minutes away. The host was responsive, kind, and easy to reach throughout our stay. Despite an unforeseen issue during our visit, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

August 2025La casa era proprio nel centro della vecchia Riga , facile da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione di pullman e con pullman 22 dal aeroporto. Tutto era pulitissimo, l’asciugamani e lenzuola fornite , il letto comodissimo . Tutto era perfetto.

August 2025Es handelt sich um zwei reine nebeneinanderliegende Vermietungs-Appartmenhöuser, mit je bis zu 30 Studios. Entsprechend viel „Kommen und Gehen“. Da Studio selbst ist optimal eingerichtet um dort zu übernachten und die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Die Lage ist ideal am Rande der Altstadt um die Stadt zu erkunden und gleichzeitig aber auch das einzige Manko, da um die Hausecke sowohl die Straßenbahn, eine 4 spurige Hauptstraße und Gütergleise verlaufen. Ein Fenster zu Straße bietet damit auch die entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Und hat es dennoch sehr gut für unseren Zweck gefallen. Unser Auto ist zu hoch für einen der umliegenden Parkhäuser. 250m in der Nähe befindet sich jedoch ein 24/7 bewachter Parkplatz auf dem wir unser Auto 24Std für 30€ abstellen konnten.

August 2025Recently renovated apartment, very clean and good location on the edge of the old town. Excellent value for the money. It seems that the whole building is owned by the same owner and run as Airbnb apartments. As described, there is a tram, railroad and big streets nearby which cause some amount of noise. However, the windows are new and seem to be very well insulated so if you close them, the noise level is very low and we didn't find any disturbance. On the contrary, we found this place peaceful. Some small additions to kitchen utensils (such as rack for drying dishes and kitchen towels) would make it easier for self-caterers. Highly recommended, if you want to stay in Central Riga!

July 2025The place was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures! Great place for 2 people. There’s 2 big beds, but fitting four people to the apartment probably isn’t the best choice, because it’s small- but as mentioned before, perfect for 2! Everything was clean, check-in instructions were easy to follow and the host always responded very quickly. Tram and train stations are nearby, so there’s quite a bit of noise, but that’s mentioned on the listing so we knew that beforehand and it did not bother us. When wisiting Riga again in the future, we’ll definitely be back❤️

June 2025Very happy with my stay! Nice flat and nice location. Very clean and had towels, hairdryer, microwave (no oven though) and other things you need. Happy they allow dogs too, big plus! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
