
Set in a historic building in Riga’s Old Town, this 3-bedroom apartment blends traditional design with practical comfort. Vintage furniture, exposed wooden beams, and patterned tile floors give the space a distinct character, while the functional layout includes generous shared areas, private rooms, and thoughtful amenities. Located on one of the Old Town’s main streets, everything you need is just steps away.
The living area combines function and form: a smart TV, a solid wood coffee table, and ample seating with a sofa and armchairs. The dining area seats six at a full-sized table, and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped — stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, pans, and all cooking basics included.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, vanity, and walk-in closet. It connects to a private en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, a bidet, toilet, and sink.
The second bedroom offers a sofa bed, closet, vanity, and its own en suite bathroom, with a full-size bath, bidet, toilet, and sink. (No shower in this one.)
The third bedroom is set up for work or sleep — sofa bed, closet, and a writing desk. No attached bathroom.
A separate WC with toilet and sink is accessible from the hall, useful for guests. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and cleaning tools.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator in the buildning.
Right in the heart of Riga’s Old Town, the apartment is across the street from Galerija Centrs — a practical hub for groceries, clothes. Restaurants, pubs, and historic sites are all within a few minutes’ walk. While this location is central, be aware that some street noise comes with it.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator.
As it is on a busy Old Town street, some street noise can be audible.
Heating season in Riga is from early October until April, so there might not be any heating if you are visiting late April until October.
There is no AC, but we provide a portable fan in each room.
The safe seen in the images is currently not operational.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town, as it costs 8.00 EUR/h in Old Town.

Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
