2 Bathrooms This two-bedroom apartment in Riga’s Old Town offers a refined take on classic luxury, with elegant finishes, soft tones, and thoughtful design throughout. Crystal chandeliers, patterned floors, and timeless furnishings create a calm, romantic atmosphere. The layout balances privacy and shared space, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. Set on one of the Old Town’s key streets, the location is both central and convenient.
The living and dining area is designed for comfort without excess — a soft sofa, armchair, smart TV, and a full dining table with seating for six. The kitchen blends into the space while offering full functionality: oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials.
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, vanity table, a TV, and walk-in closet. Its en suite bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower, along with a bidet, toilet, and sink.
The second bedroom has a sofa bed and a wardrobe.
A second bathroom, accessible from the hallway, includes a shower, toilet, and sink — convenient for guests or those using the second bedroom.
The apartment also has a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator in the buildning.
Right in the heart of Riga’s Old Town, the apartment is across the street from Galerija Centrs — a practical hub for groceries, clothes. Restaurants, pubs, and historic sites are all within a few minutes’ walk. While this location is central, be aware that some street noise comes with it.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator.
As it is on a busy Old Town street, some street noise can be audible.
Heating season in Riga is from early October until April, so there might not be any heating if you are visiting late April until October.
There is no AC, but we provide a portable fan in each room.
The safe seen in the images is currently not operational.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town, as it costs 8.00 EUR/h in Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).

December 2025Een zeer ruim en schoon appartement in het hart van de oude stad van Riga, waardoor alles te belopen was. Hoewel midden in de stad, hadden we geen last van de drukte. De host was zeer vriendelijk en helpend toen we eerder aankwamen dan de inchecktijd. Het appartement zelf is fantastisch voor 2 vrienden met elk een eigen slaap- én badkamer. Heerlijk ruime badkamer en dito keuken. Enige wat ontbrak waren schemerlampen in de woonkamer. Met de grote lamp aan het plafond was er érg veel licht, wat ongezellig was, dus die hielden we liever uit. We hebben daarom maar een schemerlamp uit de slaapkamer gebruikt. Dat ging goed. Maar dat is dan ook het enige wat ik aan te merken heb. Kortom: zeer aan te bevelen ruim appartement in hartje oude stad Riga.

December 2025Lovely apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfy with quality linens and lots of towels and spare linen was provided. We had a really enjoyable stay.. check in was easy and the host provided very useful info on transport from the airport, nearest supermarket etc. They were extremely responsive to any questions I had. The place was spotless and tastefully furnished and decorated and we felt very comfortable and at home. It was really cosy and warm to come home to after sightseeing in December temperatures. There are many restaurants nearby and a shopping centre with a large supermarket practically next door but inside the apartment it’s quiet and you wouldn’t know you were on quite a bustling little street. The location is ideal.. we were within very easy walking distance of everything in the Old Town.. 5 mins to St Peter’s, Dome Square, House of the Blackheads and many other beautiful parts of the city.

October 2025Large apartment, plenty of space, good TV and great to have 2 toilets. There a few niggles though, oven didn't work, and most of the taps were temperamental, often coming off in the hands and second shower the head came off in the hand. but overall a great stay.

September 2025My friend and I had a lovely stay at Luize's. The beautifully adorned apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fabulously located in the heart of Riga's Old Town. Our hosts were proactive and responsive, providing easy-to-follow check in/out instructions and were quick to bring by extra towels and soap. The wifi is pretty weak and doesn't reach the bedroom and one of the shower heads fell off as we turned the water on. Happily, we didn't need much internet and our host fixed the shower quickly.
