Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Featuring a 160cm wide bed (made in Latvia), an en suite bathroom with bath/shower combo, and a washing machine, AC.
Second and Third Bedroom: Includes a comfortable 140cm wide bed (also made in Latvia), AC in each room.
Bathrooms:
The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom offers a bath/shower combo, and washing machine.
The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and is accessible from the hall (not attached to a bedroom).
Living Area:
The living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The room is kept cool with an air conditioner.
The living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting space for socialising.
Kitchen:
Equipped with cooking basics, dishes, cutlery, a fridge, electric stove, and oven, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

Located on the second floor of a charming building in Riga Old Town.
The building includes an elevator, ensuring easy access to the apartment.
The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).

July 2025This apartment was very nice: clean, spacious and offers good amenities. Towels and linens were nice and clean. Clean fridge and cutleries. Stylish and functional bathroom. The host was very responsive and even a leaking aircon unit was fixed within 5 hours of messaging the host. (Otherwise no issues with aircon, worked like a charm.) There are units in each bedroom and also in the living room which was very good during the hot summer. The location in old town is superb since you can walk to see everything. In addition you have so many restaurants to choose from. However, if you wish to go to sleep early (before 11pm) or cannot wear ear plugs, then I cannot recommend this place since the sounds from nearby bars/restaurants and passers-by can be heard within the apartment. In the morning and during the night it is very quiet. Please note there is next to nil traffic noise which is a huge plus! The only thing we missed during our stay was a microwave oven.

July 2025Останавливалась на две ночи — всё очень понравилось! Отличное расположение прямо в центре города, идеально для тех, кто планирует посетить бары и клубы. Всё в шаговой доступности, при этом в квартире было достаточно тихо для комфортного отдыха. Квартира удобной планировки: комнаты расположены так, что каждый может уединиться и спокойно отдохнуть. Ванная комната просторная и чистая — что тоже порадовало. Рекомендую!
