The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
SECOND FLOOR:
The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected. Windows are facing the inner courtyard, which means there is no view, but it protects from the street noise.

November 2025This is our favorite Airbnb in Riga, we have stayed multiple times in Riga.,location is perfect and this one is perfect size for a couple. The bed is really comfortable and wonderful shower.

October 2025Everything went well. Since we arrived on Friday, it was a bit more difficult to find a cheaper parking spot. The apartment had everything we needed.

October 2025this place is lovely! it is basically a new apartment, very nice and in a great location, right in the middle of old town. we could tell we are almost the first to stay there as they still working on getting the small details but it was really great and spacious with a lovely living room, a great bathroom and very comfy bed. only thing about this area is the driving and parking. you do not want to come to Riga with a car. but our hosts were great about that as well and recommended a garage, only 10 minutes walk, that charge only 12 euro a day! that was a really great deal.

October 2025Great weekend stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect – right in the city center, in the old town, with everything close by and easy to reach. The self check-in system with the key lockbox was super convenient – no need to meet the host, and we could arrive at a time that suited us best. Highly recommended! ??

September 2025O apartamento foi recentemente reformado. Moderno e bonito. Cama larga e confortável, chuveiro com boa pressão, muito mais bonito do que mostram as fotos. Fica exatamente no meio dos principais pontos turísticos, pertíssimo de tudo, com um excelente supermercado dentro do Shopping Centrs, à meia quadra de distância. Eu não teria escolhido outro lugar para ficar. Luīze rapidíssima para responder à todas as questões e sempre preocupada em atender. Adoramos!

August 2025Fin leilighet, ren. På kjøkkenet er det alt som man trenger til måltid og enkel matlaging. Senga er god, skrivepult på soverommet. Det er ikke AC på soveromet, kun vifte. Veldig fornøyd med valget mitt.

August 2025an excellent new apartment right in the old town. as the windows face out onto an inner courtyard it is really quiet with no "street noise". VERY close to plenty restaurants, bars and the cathedral square. picture reflect the apartment, lovely shower and comfortable beds including sofa bed. whe we arrived there was a sheet missing for the sofa bed but they brought one before bedtime! would highly recommend
