The apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The St. Peter's Church with its view tower is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is only 1 minute walk and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques, groceries, all right here within Old Riga.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
PARKING:
As the apartment is located in the Old Town, you should park your car somewhere outside the Old Town.
We recommend:
Street parking by the National Opera, 3 minute walk from the apartment (3 EUR/h, for free from 20:00-08:00, whole Sunday is for free).
Origo underground parking on Satekles iela 2, 10 minute walk from the apartment (14 euros for 24 hours).
Rīgas Satiksme underground parking on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, 12 minute walk from the apartment (12 euros for 24 hours).
SECOND FLOOR:
The apartment is on the second floor, there is an elevator in the building.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Old Town, which tend to be quite lively, especially during summer, so some noise is to be expected. Windows are facing the inner courtyard, which means there is no view, but it protects from the street noise.

December 2025This airbnb was better than expected. The interior was nicely done and we felt home right away. Also the location is just perfect, 5 minute walk from the most centric part of the old town. Also everything was clean and neat, we had an amazing time in Riga and you should definitely book this to explore the city. As an extra favor, Luïze let us leave our luggage in the airbnb after checking out so it was much appreciated. Thank you!

November 2025It was a lovely stay in this apartment! Located in good place, everything is easy accessible, shops, restaurants etc. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, includes everything you need! Not noisy and gives you a good rest and sleep. The price is also resonable comepare to others in this area! I definitely would recommend this apartment. This now on will be the place to book everytime we go visit Riga! And thanks to host, for always quick respond and clear instruction!

October 2025The apartment is in an excellent location in the old town, next to restaurants, cafés, tourist sites, a shopping centre, and bus and train stations. The apartment is stylish, clean and quiet. It is suitable for two people and has comfortable beds, a large fridge and a big TV. The only downside is that the bathroom sink is too small, but you can brush your teeth in the kitchen. The hosts (a property management company) were very helpful and responsive, and their check-in and check-out instructions were detailed and thorough. I would definitely stay here again.

August 2025Firstly, this was a really good find. The price was fair and the location was extremely convenient. You can easily walk to most of the main sights. There is a Rimi supermarket conveniently located next door in the Gallerija Centrs for any groceries. There are many places to eat / drink around the apartment and lots of great cafes within easy walking distance.

July 2025Det var en fin leilighet for oss, to venner. Veldig bra beliggenhet, stille og ren leilighet, helt topp med aircondition i den tropevarmen. Vi savnet noen praktiske ting som flere knagg og krok på bade og soverom, men det er kun små detalj vi greide oss uten allikevel.

July 2025It was a great stay, it’s perfect for 2 people. Great hosts, very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely love to stay here again, I would just say we ran out of toilet paper, and I would say have extra body towels. Other than that a perfect air bnb to stay at!!
