1 Bathroom Located in Riga’s historic Old Town, this ground-floor studio is a compact, central stay for two guests—ideal for those looking to explore the city's charm right outside the door. The studio is situated on a small street mostly used by residents, but please note: it's not a quiet space. As the windows face the street at sidewalk level, you’ll hear the occasional foot traffic and may see people passing by throughout the day.
The studio includes a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. There’s a small dining area for two, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and iron. Designed for short stays or longer visits, it’s a practical base for guests who prioritize location and convenience over complete quiet.
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the first floor (first floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

July 2025Vorteile: tolle Lage, alles, was wir sehen wollten, war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, wurde gut beschrieben. Das ist ein Studio, trotzdem ganz geräumig. Das Bett war höchst bequem, obwohl nur 140cm breit, wir konnten sehr gut ausschlafen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber (bis auf die Pfanne, die konnte man nicht gebrauchen). Das Bad war komfortabel. Das Team ist super - immer erreichbar und höflich, vielen Dank an Alexandra für ihre Hilfe und schnelle Reaktion! Nachteile: in der Dusche ist ein Vorhang, deshalb wird das Bad beim Duschen überschwemmt. Die Pfanne war ekelhaft. Zu wenig Abstellfläche oder Kommoden, für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann so was stören. Zusammenfassend - wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

July 2025It was nice that the apartment was close to the bus and train station, so it was easy to arrive there and also take a trip to the Jūrmala beach. The area was a bit noisy so that should be considered if it seems like an issue. Other than that it was a good choise for a short trip.
