1 Bathroom Located in Riga’s historic Old Town, this ground-floor loft studio offers a character-filled stay steps from cafes, landmarks, and the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Designed for up to four guests, it’s a great base for those wanting to stay in the heart of the action—but note: this is not a quiet apartment. The studio has windows facing a small street mainly used by residents. Pedestrians pass nearby, and some street noise should be expected.
Inside, the space features a double bed on the main level and a second double mattress in the loft area, ideal for couples or small groups. The kitchen includes an induction stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, and a Philips Senseo coffee machine. There’s a dining table for two, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and iron. Perfect for travelers who value a central location and authentic city feel more than complete quiet.
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the first floor (first floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025Nice affordable apartment in the city center. You can reach every sightseeing spot by foot or with busses. Bars, restaurants and shops are very close. The apartment was cosy and clean. Anything we needed was there. Easy and polite communication. We’d love to check in again sometime.

December 2025I would definitely recommend this place to everyone especially for my family and friends. This place is spotless! The room was spacious, modern contemporary, fully furnished with great decor, neat and tidy, with nice smell and very comfortable. Affordable too. The place is accessible to all like the transport (bus straight to Riga Airport and bus station to other Baltic countries). It is also near to Riga’s top tourist attractions, walkable to restaurants and convenient stores. It has a nice surroundings, peaceful and private neighbourhood. The host was very responsive, accommodating and immediately replying to all my queries. The instructions was very clear. I’m happy and enjoyed my entire stay at this place, will definitely stay here again when I come back to Riga. Thanks to the wonderful host. October 2025This place is a perfect little hideaway. When the front door opens and slams shut - you’ll hear it - but cute space, comfortable bed, great wifi and perfect location! You can walk quite easily from the bus station and you’re right in old town!

October 2025This place was perfect. Tucked away in a corner of Old Town where it's nice and quiet, but also super close to the heart of the city. Walkable to the outdoor market, bus station, restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed with a large TV. Would definitely stay again :)

October 2025Tolle und zentrale Unterkunft im Herzen von Riga. Alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einziges Manko sind die fehlenden Gardinen im EG, da man abends gut reinschauen kann… Würde die Unterkunft jedoch erneut buchen :)

September 2025Hola! Estuve todo el fin de semana en este apartamento. Me encantó todo, la locación, el amueblado (minimalista), lo nuevo que se ve el alojamiento etc. Es exactamente igual que en las fotos, incluso mejor. Muy cerca del centro (5min andando). Muy fácil acceso y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de mis necesidades. Solamente, una pequeña recomendación, que coloquen una escobilla de goma en el baño, así los huéspedes pueden secar el agua que queda por todo el suelo. Sin más que agregar, lo recomiendo muchísimo, la próxima vez que vaya a Riga quiero el mismo apartamento. Un saludo! Ariel Reinaldo
