The space
The apartment includes a private bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably sleeping four. The living room also features a smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, fridge, oven, kettle. A modern bathroom includes a bath, hairdryer, and a washer. Designed for guests who value space, convenience, and a vibrant city atmosphere.
The neighbourhood
Our building is situated in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and other key attractions. The central bus and train stations are also within easy walking distance, offering convenient access to explore beyond Riga. Ideal for travelers who want to be steps away from the best the city has to offer.
House rules
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution center). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generators to remove the odor, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property.
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, three flights of stairs), there is an elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking by the building, it costs 3.00 EUR/h, and is for free from 20:00-08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays and whole Sunday is for free.
Alternatively you can use one of the nearby parking lots (Elizabetes 81 - make sure to read parking lot rules about pricing, or Origo underground parking).
