The space
The apartment includes a private bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, comfortably sleeping four. The living room also features a smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, fridge, oven, kettle. A modern bathroom includes a bath, hairdryer, and a washer. Designed for guests who value space, convenience, and a vibrant city atmosphere.
The neighbourhood
Our building is situated in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and other key attractions. The central bus and train stations are also within easy walking distance, offering convenient access to explore beyond Riga. Ideal for travelers who want to be steps away from the best the city has to offer.
House rules
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution center). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generators to remove the odor, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property.
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, three flights of stairs), there is an elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking by the building, it costs 3.00 EUR/h, and is for free from 20:00-08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays and whole Sunday is for free.
Alternatively you can use one of the nearby parking lots (Elizabetes 81 - make sure to read parking lot rules about pricing, or Origo underground parking).

The apartment is nice and modern, the space is big and you don't feel like you're in a shoebox. The wardrobe is big and can fit many clothes. Everything you might need (restaurants, shops) is within (very short) walking distance. If I visit Riga again I'd love to stay here.

The apartment was great and had everything for a good stay. Location was perfect with easy access to city center. There is an elevator which helped taking luggage upstairs. Everything was super clean and the apartment itself is very spacious! Definitely would recommend

Great place to stay in! very close to the art and design area with lots of cafe and restaurant around.
The only cons is the few steps to reach the elevator and the few steps up or down to reach the apartment itself.
Other than that, this place is beautiful, spotless and one of the best!

The flat is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants, it's only up to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.
It looks even better in real life than the pictures.
It was very quiet at night because the bedroom is at the back, so no noise from the traffic.
Both bedrooms and the living room are very spacious and the flat has plenty of storage.
There is a Lido Vermanitis nearby, which offers food at a very, very reasonable price and it beautiful, it was recommended by a tour guide for the Hill of Crosses.
There are plenty of cafes within walking distance, and there is a huge supermarket less then five minutes walk from the flat.
Communication via the host was always quick, and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check out.
The only slight negative is the bathtub which was a tiny bit too high for me (I'm only 5 feet tall lol!), but I managed to get in, but I can imagine those with mobility issues might struggle a little.

The apartment is spacious and the interior elements very tastefully chosen - the inside of the apartment matches the outside of the building. It was also very easy to keep clean and tidy while living there. And so much storage space for clothes and other personal items! The apartment felt like home, the bathtub made it feel like a vacation home.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a proper meal (of all the fresh ingredients you can find at the central market which is walking distance) - pots, pans, a grater and a whisk even. The latter inspired me to try out the oven and although the cake I made has been my specialty for decades, it has never come out as good as in that kitchen :)
The bed was very comfortable with a thick mattress, enough pillows and the great quality sheets were cleaned way better than in most hotels. The only thing I missed was a reading light by the bed.
The host is very welcoming - attentive and quick in their responses. 5-star hospitality!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und toll gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit in Riga sehr genossen und die Wohnung war die perfekte Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Die Fenster gehen ins Treppenhaus und in ein kleinen Innenhof, was die Wohnung etwas dunkel macht, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
