1 Bathroom Located in a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (first floor = ground floor, three flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025Exactly as pictured. Had a great stay as the location is perfect. It is on the fourth floor and no elevator so for those who cannot climb stairs this may not be for you.

December 2025Det var et dejligt ophold. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet. Der var rolig om aften og tæt på diverse seværdigheder. Hvis der skal siges en negativ ting, så er det at badeværelset er meget koldt! Derudover var temperaturen skøn på værelset. Tak for et dejligt ophold, vi nød det.

December 2025Perfekt gelegen zu Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sowie zu Old Town Riga. Sehr sauberes Apartment in einem großen Haus. Kommunikation war hervorragend, wir konnten bereits viele Stunden vor dem Check-In unser Gepäck abstellen. Um die Ecke ist der tolle Folksklub Ala Pagrab.

August 2025Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle, moderne Ausstattung und war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist super. In der Altstadt mit vielen tollen Restaurants ist man in wenigen Minuten. Auch Markthallen und (Bus-) Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Gerne wieder für den nächsten Riga-Besuch.

July 2025I stayed in this house for a few days. It had a very cozy atmosphere, as if it was made for artists. The location is close to the bus and train station, and within walking distance to the city center. I felt very peaceful here. I can definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Riga.
