1 Bathroom Located in a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this 1 bedroom apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner. Please note: the building has no elevator, and the apartment is on the fifth floor—something to consider when packing.
The apartment is designed for up to three guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: The bedroom is seperated by a curtain. There is no door to the bedroom.
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fifth floor (first floor = ground floor, four flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

December 2025Beautiful flat. Lovely and new and just on the edge of old town. Four stars because the flat was had not been cleaned when we arrived and it was in a bit of a state. But they put us up in a different flat for the night and cleaned it the next day.

August 2025This is a brand new apartment located on the edge of the Old Town. It gives immediate access to the Old Town, but without any noise from tourists. It is fully equipped with upscale appliances. Very efficient communication with the host, flexible check in/out. Highly recommended.

August 2025Краще ніж очікувала . Все нове , чисте , охайне . Дуже сподобалось , що в квартирі чітке зонування , яке спочатку не відчутно , але в результаті : повноцінна кімната , кухня , гостьова . Недоліком було : 5 поверх без ліфта , вінтові сходинки . Не підходить для людей з обмеженнями можливостями . Але для молодих людей це не проблема Зупинюся ще обовʼязково !!!! Дякую господарям за можливість зупинитися в центрі міста

July 2025The good stuff: quite central. Modern apartment, properly nice and clean linen, easy check in anytime, good value for money. The not so good: a couple of tabs for the washing machine would be nice as tourists coming for a few days won’t have the time and patience to sort this out themselves. A bit noisy in the bedroom but not much. Light gets in while sleeping but a mask and earplugs sorts this easily. No elevator and 5 steep floors so not ideal for anyone having big luggage. Overall. Recommended
