1 Bathroom Located in a freshly renovated historic building at the edge of Riga’s Old Town, this studio apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable city stay. The Central Market, central train and international bus stations are all within a 5-minute walk. Public transport to and from the airport is just around the corner.
The apartment is designed for two guests and features a modern interior with thoughtful details: a comfortable bed, SMART TV, fast Wi-Fi, a dining table for two, and a fully equipped kitchenette (including induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, a pan, and cooking essentials).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and there's also an iron and ironing board.
Please note: the apartment is on the 5th floor and the building has no elevator—be ready to climb!
Our building is located on the edge of Riga’s Old Town — still within the historic center, just steps from the Daugava River, Central Market, and major city sights. The bus and central train stations are only a short walk away, making it easy to explore further. While the location offers unbeatable access to Old Town charm and modern conveniences, please note that it is next to one of the city’s main streets, so some street noise may be present. Perfect for travelers who want to be close to everything Riga has to offer.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
The apartment is located on the fifth floor (first floor = ground floor, four flights of stairs), there is no elevator.
The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.
PARKING:
There is street parking available next to the building, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town. Parking lots in Old Town are also rather expensive (30+ EUR/day).
There is cheaper street parking within 4-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).
Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Origo underground parking). It costs 14 EUR per 24 hours.

October 2025Lejligheden var helt perfekt til en lille ferie i Riga. Var som beskrevet og set på billeder, alt hvad man skulle bruge og meget ren og pæn. Ligger dejligt centralt, 5 min gåtur fra centrum. Kommunikation med vært og informationer omkring check-in osv forløb helt uproblematisk.

September 2025What a pleasure to stay here. The unit was perfect. Clean and with new appliances and easy short walk to the Old Town and the markets and the city. There are some stairs to get to the unit as there is no lift but it’s great to work off all the food had in nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

September 2025Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt - in der Nähe von vielen Haltestellen und dem Markt Einzig hat uns gestört, dass der Abfluss unangenehm gerochen hat. Nach einer Nachricht an den Gastgeber, kam direkt eine Reinigungskraft, um sich es nochmals zu reinigen. Fand ich super. Der Abfluss sah auch schon zuvor sauber aus, wahrscheinlich liegt das mit dem Gerucham Siphon. Ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit. Besonders gefallen hat mir die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber!!
