1 Bathroom This studio combines modern design with rich burgundy accents and practical comfort. Located in Place 4, a newly renovated building in the very centre of Riga, it is steps from the Central Station, a short walk to Old Town, and close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. The apartment is fully equipped for both short visits and longer stays.

The apartment is located on the second floor, there is an elevator in the building. but you have to climb 6 steps up to reach it.
Windows are facing the inner courtyard, which protects from the street noise, however, there is no view.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 2nd floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator, but you have to climb 6 steps up to reach it.
The windows are facing the inner courtyard with no view (opposite building).
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

November 2025Nice and well-equipped studio, exactly as described. Excellent location, the main train and bus station as well as the shops and city center are all close by. Although the house is located at the busy street, the windows were facing the courtyard and there was no noise.
