Set in Place 4, a newly renovated building in the heart of Riga, it sits beside the Central Station, just a short walk from Old Town, with restaurants, shopping, and public transport nearby. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped for both brief city breaks and extended stays.

The apartment is located on the third floor, there is an elevator in the building, but you have to climb 6 steps up to reach it.
Windows are facing the inner courtyard, which protects from the street noise, however, there is no view.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 3rd floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator, but you have to climb 6 steps up to reach it.
The windows are facing the inner courtyard with no view (opposite building).
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

December 2025Great stay! The flat looked exactly like in the photos - hith cielings and modern fittings. Loved the bathroom tiles and overall decor as well as the excellent location. A few small things would have made the place 5/5 - another bedside table and sockets on both sides of the bed; extra/comfier pillows; toaster. Overall great stay at an amazing location!

November 2025We have been to Riga many times past 7 years but always only stayed at hotels. This was the first time we rented an apartment. Location and value for money etc. was most important and this stay definately fulfilled all our requests. We will definately try to book this accomondation next time we visit Riga.

October 2025Small studio apartment but good, newly constructed and clean and location is very good just near by the city centre & old town. Heating system was not working at the time of our stay but it’s not their fault it’s building’s rules they start in Oct as host provided information but it should have be on as it was really cold weather in late September. Anyhow it was a good stay everything was fantastic Thanks
