1 Bathroom This studio combines a calm neutral palette with soft blue accents and a clean modern design. Located in Place 4, a newly renovated building in the centre of Riga, it stands next to the Central Station and is only a short walk from Old Town, with restaurants, shops, and public transport close by. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for both short visits and longer stays.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor, there is an elevator in the building, but you have to climb 6 steps up to reach it.
Windows are facing the street, however, as it is a higher floor, the street noise is limited with the windows closed.
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 5th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator, but you have to climb 6 steps up to reach it.
The windows are facing the street. As the apartment is on a high floor, the street noise is limited, but could still be audible at times, especially with the window open.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

December 2025Apartament bardzo ładny, widać, że świeżo po remoncie. Łóżko wyjątkowo wygodne, na plus również telewizor z netflixem! Lokalizacja blisko centrum ok. 15 min na nogach do starego miasta. W nocy spokojnie i cicho.

October 2025The apartment was clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities you need, including an iron, ironing board, tv and even underfloor heating. Great location, close to the center and the park.
