1 Bathroom Located in Riga’s city centre, this compact ground-floor studio offers a practical stay within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and public transport. The window faces an inner courtyard, which also serves as a parking area for a neighbouring building — something to keep in mind if you prefer full privacy or a more scenic view.
The studio is small but efficiently arranged to include everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living area has a sofa bed (150 cm wide when opened, 190 cm long - not so suitable for people taller than 185cm), Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. A small dining table provides a place to eat or work. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, Philips Senseo coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, and basic cooking utensils.
Additional features include a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and drying rack for clothes. The entryway offers practical storage space, and the bathroom includes a shower, compact sink, and toilet.
A well-designed, centrally located studio that balances convenience, comfort, and thoughtful use of space.

The apartment is situated on Lāčplēša iela, one of Riga’s most central and lively streets, placing you in the heart of the action while still offering a quiet retreat.

1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Apartment is located on 1st floor, you have to climb half a floor of stairs to reach it.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Windows are facing an inner courtyard, which is also a parking lot for neighbouring building, so some cars might drive in and out every now and then. Otherwise it is quiet.
Heating season in Riga begins in early October and usually ends in mid-April (depending on the temperatures outside). Outside of this period, there is no central heating.

December 2025Ich habe meine Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super: In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants und die Altstadt ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Schlafsofa ist für ein paar Nächte okay, also nicht das bequemste. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Ansonsten ist alles top. :)
