1 Bathroom Discover the convenience of our studio apartment in Riga. Our location boasts excellent public transport options, including a 2-minute walk to a bus stop offering less than 30-minute rides to and from the airport. The tram will take you to the Old Town in just 3 minutes, or you can walk across the bridge and enjoy the panoramic views.
Our studio apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You'll find a cozy queen-size bed in the bedroom area, along with a convenient pull-out sofa bed (140cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, as well as dishes and cutlery for all your cooking needs. There's also a dining table with three chairs that can double as a workspace for your convenience.
Inside the apartment, you have access to a washing machine, and the bathroom comes with a shower, sink, and toilet.
We provide free Wi-Fi for all our guests, and the self-check-in process is a breeze with a keybox, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your own convenience.
Although the apartment itself has been recently renovated, the building is an early 20th-century structure, a common feature in Latvia. While the exterior may appear older, the interior apartments have been tastefully updated. The building is safe and home to a diverse mix of families, grandmas, and young professionals. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is located on the fifth floor, with the first floor being the ground floor and accessible via four flights of stairs.
The apartment is conveniently located near the Daugava river and the National Library of Latvia, with the Old Town just across the river. Public transport options, including a bus stop and a tram stop within 300 meters from the apartment, can quickly take you to the Old Town in less than 5 minutes, depending on traffic.
The airport is 25 minute bus ride from the apartment, with the bus stop being only 300m from the apartment.
In addition to these transportation advantages, you'll be pleased to find several parks in the vicinity, including a charming sakura park that blooms in May. Furthermore, there's an exciting development on the horizon with the opening of a new panoramic wheel, adding to the array of attractions in the area.
Guests have full access to the unit - the studio bedroom/living room/kitchen and a private bathroom.
Smoking and parties are strongly prohibited (penalties apply).
Heating season in Riga begins when average temperature drops below 8 degrees celsius (usually first week of October, sometimes sooner or later) and ends sometime in April.
PARKING:
There is street parking available near the apartment. It costs 1 .50EUR/h, with the maximum fee of 5.00 EUR a day (which means no additional cost if you leave your car for over 4 hours).

September 2025Un alojamiento perfecto ubicado en muy buen sitio. Aunque el edificio sea antiguo, el interior del piso está completamente renovado y limpio. Es una buena zona para estar, a 10 minutos del centro y conectado con el aeropuerto. Todo fue perfecto.

October 2025Irma’s place was great - just like the photos and in a perfect spot for walking to the old town. It was spacious, clean, and the amenities were all very modern. She was responsive and gave clear instructions. Really enjoyed the stay!
