1 Bathroom A compact one bedroom apartment for two guests on the 4th floor with no elevator, facing a quiet courtyard for a calm atmosphere. Fully renovated in 2025, it offers a straightforward layout suited to longer or shorter stays. The Central Station, market district and Old Town are all within a brief walk.
The apartment includes:
- Bedroom with 160 cm bed
- Living room with Smart TV and WiFi
- Dining table
- Kitchenette with portable stove, microwave, electric kettle, French press, dishes and dishwasher
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer
- Shared washer-dryer and ironing in the communal area (shared with our 6 other apartments)
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator, so you will have to climb 3 flights of stairs.
The windows are facing the inner courtyard, so there is no view, but it protects from street noise.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
