1 Bathroom This one bedroom apartment sits on the 4th floor with no elevator and suits up to four guests. It features street views from two enclosed view corners, a small separate windowed space that adds character to the layout - one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Renovated in 2025, it preserves original hardwood floors and wooden window frames, offering a comfortable base near the Central Station and a short walk from the Old Town.
This one bedroom apartment includes:
- Bedroom with 160 cm bed
- Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV and WiFi
- Kitchenette with portable electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, French press, basic cookware and dishwasher
- Bathroom with shower and essentials
- Two enclosed view corners, one in the living room, one in the bedroom, each offering a view of a different street.
- Washer–dryer, iron and ironing board in the shared space (shared with our other 6 apartments).
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 4th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator, so you will have to climb 3 flights of stairs.
The windows are facing the street, so there might be some street noise.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).

December 2025The place got all the things that I needed. Responsive and helpful host and accommodating place. The only minor part is that no ventilator that smoke and cooking smell is hard to aired out.
