1 Bathroom This bright, blue-themed space is designed for simplicity and ease, offering a clean and practical stay just steps from the best the city has to offer. The studio features a small but functional layout, a cozy sleeping area, and a compact kitchenette with everything you need for short stays. Soft blue touches add a calm, airy feel without overwhelming the space. The windows face the quiet inner courtyard, bringing in natural light and privacy.
This 15 square meter apartment includes:
- Comfortable double bed;
- Fresh sheets and towels;
- Smart TV (small size);
- Wi-Fi;
- Kitchen equipped with a portable electric stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, mini-fridge (no freezer), dishes, cutlery, basic cooking necessities;
- Bathroom with a shower;
- Washer/dryer combo;
- Iron and small ironing board;
- Hairdryer
The apartment is located on the second floor (1st floor = ground floor) of a renovated historic building. There is no elevator, so you have to climb one flight of stairs (narrow wooden stairs).
Apartment is located just 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-7 minute walk). Vērmanes garden is only minute away from the apartment. There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, supermarket just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 8 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Origo parking lot, costing 14.00 EUR for 24 hours, is located 5 minute walk from the apartment.
Apartment is located on 2nd floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator. You will have to take rather narrow, historic wooden stairs.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
