The studio apartment is located in the central district packed with well-preserved period buildings. The neighborhood is safe and clean, it is surrounded by city park, restaurants and coffee shops. It is within a short walking distance from the Old Town (5 min), Central Train Station (5 min), the Daugava Riverside promenade (8 min), museums, art galleries, and parks. Four different shopping malls (Origo, Stockmann, Galerija Centrs, Galerija Riga) are within 5-7 min walking distance.

VISITORS
It is not allowed to bring nonregistered guests into the apartment.

Use of candles is forbidden.
PETS
We love pets, but in this apartment, they are not allowed.
FLOORS
Please make sure not to scratch the delicate floor with heavy objects (like trolley bags, for example).
QUIET TIMES
Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep it quiet at all times, especially between 23.00-07.00
You will have full private access to the apartment.
Check-in is self-service 24/7 via a digital keypad – no need to coordinate keys or arrival times.
The building also has an elevator for easier access to the apartment.
