The building is located in city centre. There is a grocery store downstairs as well as many nice cafes and restaurants nearby (especially for breakfast).
Central Train station and Riga International Bus Station. The Old Town and all main tourist attractions are in walking distance from the apartment (5-10 minutes walk). There are multiple restaurants and bars right around the corner, larger supermarket and shopping centre just 5 minute walk, as well as the Central Market, where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat and fish only 10 minute walk from the apartment.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Parking:
There is paid street parking in nearby streets - it costs 3.00 EUR per hour. It is for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturday and whole Sunday is for free.
Dzirnavu 111 Europark parking lot right next to the building, costing 10.00-20.00 EUR for 24 hours, located 1 minute walk from the apartment.

Apartment is located on 5th floor (1st floor = ground floor), there is an elevator.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Heating season in Riga begins sometime in October and ends sometime in March/April, depending on temperatures outside.
