Located on the 6th floor of a historic building (please note there is no elevator.
Set by the Daugava River Promenade, the apartment offers a convenient base within easy reach of central Riga. A scenic walk along the promenade leads directly to Riga Old Town, located about 900 metres away, while Riga Central Market is just 800 metres from the property.
For transport, a tram stop is around 300 metres away, the central train station and international bus station are about 1 km away, and a bus stop with direct connections to and from the airport is approximately 800 metres from the apartment.
This location combines easy access to the city centre with pleasant riverside walks and convenient transport links.
1. Smoking inside the property is strongly prohibited. Penalty for smoking = 200.00 EUR (requested through Airbnb resolution centre). The penalty covers the expenses of ozone generator to remove the odour, as well as the expenses of accommodating the next guests in a different property for 1 night.
Additional fees apply in case if any fabrics (curtains, sofa, rugs etc.) smell and need special treatment/cleaning.
2. No parties or events allowed (penalty fees will apply).
3. Confetti, glitter and balloons are not allowed in the property. Extra cleaning fee will apply if any of those are used in the property..
4. No unregistered guests allowed (penalty fees will apply for every unregistered guest).
5. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Apartment is located in a building by the main road, so some street noise might be audible.
It is a residential building with mostly local families living in it, so you must respect quiet hours.
Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information).
Apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building (1st floor = ground floor), there is no elevator.
PARKING:
There are two cheap parking lots within 4-5 minute walk from the building. They cost 6 EUR for 24 hours.
It is not possible to stop by the building entrance, not even to unload your luggage.
