Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160cm)
Bedroom 2: Double bed (140cm)
Living Room: Sofa bed (180x130, suitable for guests under 180cm, perfect for kids)
Additional Sleeping Space: Sofa bed (200x140) in the living area by the entrance (under the staircase)

Living and Dining Area:
The cozy living room boasts a sofa that converts into a bed, providing additional sleeping space, as well as a second sofa (for sitting only). A 55-inch smart TV is available for entertainment, though note that there's no cable TV – guests are welcome to use their own streaming platforms with personal accounts. A dining table with 4 chairs provides a comfortable space for meals and gatherings.

Kitchen:
Our compact kitchen is equipped with essential amenities, including a fridge, microwave, electric stove (2 burners), coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, other cooking basics.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Towels and basic toiletries are provided to make your stay even more comfortable.

Laundry Facilities:
A washing machine is available outside the apartment, conveniently located in a closet in the hall. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your clothing care needs.

Connectivity:
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring you can easily share your Old Town adventures with friends and family.

Other things to note

Be aware that there is a bar located on the ground floor of the building, so it can get noisy, especially on the weekends. We provide ear plugs for your comfort. You can also hear sounds from the inner courtyard (if someone is taking out the waste or entering a code in the keypad).

The windows are facing a small inner courtyard.

Later check-out's are not possible, but there are luggage storage options (contact us for more information)

The apartment is located on the third floor (first floor = ground floor, two flights of stairs), there is no elevator.

The heating season in Riga is from October until the first warm days in March/April, so there might be no heating if you visit in April/late September.

The building is located at the beginning of a pedestrian street and there is no parking by the building. There is street parking available within 2 minute walk from the apartment, but it is expensive (up to 8 EUR/h), as it is the Old Town.

There is cheaper street parking within 7-10 minute walk (11. novembra krastmala or Aspazijas bulvāris) - it costs 3.00 EUR/h, for free from 20:00 - 08:00 on weekdays, from 17:00 on Saturdays, and whole Sunday is for free).

Underground parking lot is also available, located within 10 minute walk (Europark Jēkaba Arkāde). It costs 24 EUR per 24 hours.

Another underground parking is located on Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 5, it costs 12 EUR per 24 hours.
